Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich joined the county’s Opioid Intervention Team to address the ongoing crisis in a press conference Friday in Rockville.  Jacqueline Fleming, who’s been in recovery from addiction since October 2018, joined Elrich and others at the conference to talk about her experience and what resources people in recovery need.
