Esther Gelman, who served as a member of the Montgomery County Council for three terms from 1974-87, passed away on June 6, after a long illness. She was 84-years-old. CCM’s Susan Kenedy has more in this report, below:

The Montgomery County Council is scheduled to discuss the controversial move of buses from the Shady Grove Bus Depot to the Carver Educational Services parking lot on June 21st.
