Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff from sunrise to noon on Monday, May 27. This action is in honor of Memorial Day, in memory of the brave Americans who have sacrificed their lives for the cause of freedom and security of our nation.
