Montgomery County officials are celebrating the launch of the Building Educated Leaders for Life (BELL) program this summer. The program will serve one thousand students a year for four years. Councilmember Nancy Navarro said this innovative program approaches the critical issue of the summer slide. MCPS-TV has more in this report, below:
