Chan Robbins recently won his age division (75-79) at the Kentlands-Lakelands 5K on Sept. 1 in Gaithersburg.  He’s been running for decades and has logged thousands of miles. We asked him what advice he gives to people who are thinking about running. Take a look.

On Sept. 1, the Kentlands-Lakelands 5K attracted over 1,200 runners to Gaithersburg for what is billed as the largest 5K race in Montgomery County.
