Friday night under the lights featured an Upcounty rivalry between the Quince Orchard Cougars and the Northwest Jaguars. The Jags took the lead from the beginning winning the game at the Cougar Dome, 35-21. Gaithersburg resident Paul Flickinger was on the sidelines and captured these video highlights.

For teens in Montgomery County and the nation, studies show that early morning schedules can negatively impact a high schooler’s sleep cycle.
