Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff on Thursday, April 24, from sunrise to sunset. This is in honor of Torrey Brown, the former Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, who died on April 20, 2014.
