For a second year in a row, the Damascus Swarmin’ Hornets take home the 3A state football title. They defeated the Franklin Indians, 14-12, Thursday night in Annapolis. MyMCMedia’s Maureen Chowdhury was there.

UPDATED The undefeated Damascus Swarmin’ Hornets will play for the 3A state championship game for the third year in a row. On Friday night, Damascus beat Potomac in the semi-finals game, 63-28.
