Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff on Monday, January 5. This is in memory of Sergeant Major Wardell Turner, of Nanticoke, MD, who died on November, 24th, 2014, in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff on Sunday, December 7 in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. This is in memory of the brave Americans who sacrificed their lives for the cause of freedom and security of our Nation.
