Honoring a Police Officer

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff immediately in honor of Corporal Charles B. Licato, a 14-year veteran of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office who died today on duty in a car crash. The flag shall continue to be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day of interment.
