The Upcounty Early Childhood Center at Emory Grove had its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony Oct. 30. The center is part of Montgomery County’s Early Care and Education Initiative, a four-year action plan aimed to make sure all children from birth to 5-years-old can access quality and affordable early child care and education.
