The Corporate Volunteer Council of Montgomery County held its annual awards luncheon on Nov. 1 at the Bethesda North Marriott.  Pepco President Tom Graham was the keynote speaker. Many other county officials and business executives attended this event that recognizes those giving back in various ways to our county.  Take a look:
