Flags Ordered to Half Staff, Day of Remembrance
President Barack Obama has ordered the United States Flag to be flown at half-staff on April 15 for a Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln. Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag to be flown at half staff today as well.
