Taking the stage at the fifth annual Silver Spring Blues Festival, Montgomery County Councilmember George Leventhal gave an enthusiastic endorsement of Silver Spring Town Center Inc., a privately funded nonprofit, working to improve the quality of life in Silver Spring. Take a look.
