Suspect Sought in Thefts from Wheaton Best Buy

Montgomery County Police are looking for a male suspect in two separate thefts from Best Buy in Wheaton.

The thefts occurred in May from the store on Georgia Avenue. In the first incident, the suspect stole approximately $200 worth of items on May 5 at 2:17 p.m. The man was seen fleeing the store in a gold sedan. The following day, the same person stole $827 worth of property.

In the video below, the man can be seen tucking a box into his clothing.

Anyone with information should call the 4th District Patrol Investigation Unit at 240-773-5476 or Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
