Summer Time Fun

Summer is here and our camps are off to a great start. This year MCM has partnered with Docs in Progress to offer two great opportunities for our young filmmakers. The first camp “Youth Documentary Summer Camp” starts this Monday and runs for 2 weeks. I met some of the families and they are excited for their kids to learn storytelling, production and team building skills but most of all to have fun while being creative. Our second camp “Music Video Camp” which starts July 15th and runs through to July 26th will challenge our campers to take a song they love and visually tell a story. They too will learn production techniques including shooting with the HD cameras and editing on Adobe Premier.
