Subdivision Staging Policy On Growth (Video)
The Subdivision Staging Policy, formerly called the Growth Policy, sets pace for growth in Montgomery County. The policy is based on three tests or “tools” to measure the impact of growth. These are, area transit, local transit, and the school test. In this video Council member Marc Elrich explains why Montgomery County is using these tools to access the impact of growth. Take a look.
