Students Fashion Wigs For Cancer Patients (Video)
A group of young women affiliated with the Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department’s Wheaton Sports Academy took on the project of handcrafting wigs, styling them, and then donating them to cancer patients. When Montgomery County Council President Nancy Navarro learned of this group, she paid them a visit. Take a look.
