Street Beat: Harmony Hall Road Construction Project
Gaithersburg’s Department of Public Works is improving Harmony Hall Road from the intersection of Water Street to Cedar Avenue through the first week in August.
The work will consist of removal and replacement of the deteriorated curb and sidewalk and the resurfacing of the existing pavement.
The curb and sidewalk repair begins this week, weather permitting, and will continue for approximately four weeks. The resurfacing portion of the project will follow.
’No Parking“ signs will be posted at least 48 hours in advance of construction activity. City officials said these signs will be marked with the dates and times of the parking restrictions. Residents are advised to make arrangements to park vehicles off the street.
Work will take place on weekdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. For more information, visit the city’s website.
