Starr Talks Achievement Gap

In this MyMCMedia Extra, Superintendent Joshua P. Starr, agrees that “there’s a big divide” and still work to do, but explains that students “do better in Montgomery County.”

“We’ve been doing a lot. We’ve provided more funding, more resources to the schools that have the most kids in need,” Starr said.
