Spring Snow Expected Early Monday, Lasting Through Morning Commute
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for our area from 2 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, April 2. The Service said rain will change to a wet snow early Monday morning.
We may get up to one to 2 inches of wet snow in Northwest Montgomery County. The service expects the snow may cause slippery road conditions during the Monday morning commute.
A winter weather advisory for wet snow means that periods of wet snow will travel difficulties and limited visibility. Drivers are encouraged to use caution.
Winter Weather Advisory for Montgomery County beginning Monday, 4/2 at 2 AM. Expect wintry precipitation that will make sidewalks & roads icy during the Monday AM commute. Sadly, this is not an April Fool's Day joke. Info: https://t.co/3JkI3vU0zz pic.twitter.com/adT2de57kX
