Snowy Tuesday Commute Forecast
Break out those boots and mittens you got as holiday gifts. It looks like you are going to need them this week.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for our area from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Service said the heaviest will come right about 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., for the morning commute.
We look to get up to two inches of snow in Montgomery County. Temperatures will dip to the upper 20s with winds 5 to 10 mph.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties and limited visibility.
The advisory comes the same day that local leaders are reminding residents to clear their sidewalks of snow and ice following a snowstorm.
