SmarTrip Passes Now Available for Youth at Libraries (Video)

In this transportation report, Community Relations Manager Tom Pogue of the Department of Transportation explains the Youth Cruiser Pass for Ride On passengers under the age of 19 in Montgomery County.

The SmarTrip card may be purchased at Montgomery County Libraries. A summer pass is available for $18.
