A Patchwork Exhibit of African-American History (Video)

A group of Silver Spring seniors have been piecing together a patchwork project in order to pay tribute to Black History Month.

MyMCMedia’s Valerie Bonk has the story of how the African-American History Club and the Quilt Club at the Riderwood Retirement community came together to present their first African-American Quilt Show featuring more than a dozen quilts from many different aspects of history.
