According to a Montgomery County police statement, Young Shik Han was with family members at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Seneca Creek State Park at 11950 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg. Han said he needed to use the restroom and entered his vehicle to drive to that part of the park but never returned, police said.

Family members believe that Han may be in the initial stages dementia, police said.

Han is described as 69-year-old Asian male. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds, police said. He has brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, a black jacket, light blue pants, and glasses.

Most importantly, Han is thought to be operating a dark red Honda Pilot with Maryland tags, 6CJ8753. This vehicle was seen in the area of Addison and Ronald Roads in Capitol Heights at about 9 p.m. Sunday.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Han or the dark red Honda Pilot is urged to call 911.
