Sherwood High School Students Win Toyota Safe Teen Driving Video Challenge (VIDEOS & PHOTO)

Sherwood High School students Matthew Post and John Caporaletti submitted a video PSA for the 2016 Toyota TeenDrive365 Video Challenge earlier this year. In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Caporaletti and Post receive the grand prize from Toyota and Discovery Education executives during morning announcements at Sherwood High. Willie James Inman reports.

Over 1,500 videos were submitted for the video challenge. Post and Caporaletti won the grand prize of $15,000 for their submission titled “For the Whales.” The students will also have the chance to re-shoot their safe teen driving PSA with a professional film crew from Discovery Networks. Their PSA will be broadcast on multiple Discovery owned channels later this spring. Take a look at their winning video below.
