Shady Grove Station West Side Meeting

A pre submittal meeting on the site plan application for the Shady Grove Station west side will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Training Center, 16641 Crabbs Branch Road in Rockville.

The property is the subject of the Site Plan application consists of approximately 44.82 acres of land and is bounded by railroad tracks owned by CSX Transportation to the west, Shady Grove Road to the north, Crabbs Branch Way to the east, and land owned by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to the south.

The Site Plan proposes the redevelopment of the property with residential and non-residential uses. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Site Plan application and to hear comments prior to filing the Site Plan application with the Montgomery County Planning Board.
