The Shady Grove Farmers Market season has been extended from September 25 to October 30. The market is sponsored by Johns Hopkins Montgomery County and is held on campus at the corner of Key West Avenue and Broschart Road in Rockville. Shady Grove Farmers Market is open on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The market features local farmers, vegetables, fresh fruit, food trucks, meat, eggs, baked goods, jewelers and crafts. The market is producer-only, which means the farmers, artisans and vendors are the producers, growers, recyclers and fair-traders of the goods they sell, they are not resellers of wholesale goods.

The market is located at 9601 Medical Center Drive, Rockville. Enter from Key West Ave and Broschart Road.
