SHA Crews are Preparing for Coastal Storm
State Highway Administration crews are preparing for a coastal winter storm that is expected to impact southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore this weekend.
According to an SHA news release, crews are pre-treating roads before the snow arrives.
“The coastal storm is forecasted to impact areas south and east in our State, but we are prepared for any changes that may impact the metropolitan areas,” said SHA Administrator Gregory Johnson. “We ask that travelers make smart and informed travel choices based on weather conditions and delay travel during snowfall so crews can effectively treat roads.”
