Senior Living and Aging Expert Christine Podles Promoted to VP of Operations for Ingleside
Ingleside, a premier, charitable not-for-profit provider of comprehensive senior living services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christine L. Podles, MA, LNHA, QCP to vice president of operations. In this role, she will hold responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of all Ingleside communities, working closely with the executive directors at Ingleside at King Farm, Ingleside at Rock Creek and Westminster at Lake Ridge.
Podles has served as the executive director of Ingleside at King Farm since 2015.

Podles is a talented older adult aging services professional with the ability to plan, communicate and lead operations while simultaneously advancing the organization’s mission, vision, values and business model. Her 26 years of experience as a senior living professional and a licensed nursing home administrator equipped her with the enthusiasm and knowledge required to improve the quality of life for residents and staff while managing measures to increase organizational performance.
She earned a Master of Arts from the prestigious Erickson School for the Management of Aging Services and a Bachelor of Science in communication and marketing from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
