Scotland Rec Center Groundbreaking Set for March 27

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett, County Council President Nancy Navarro and Council member Nancy Floreen will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Scotland Neighborhood Recreation Center at 11 a.m. on March 27 at 7700 Scotland Drive in Potomac.

The new center is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.

The elected leaders will be joined by staff from other county departments, including recreation and general services officials.
