Rockville Police Seek Man in Women’s Underwear for Exposing Himself

Rockville police are looking for a man wearing a pink bra.

The man, police said, exposed himself at a pool in the 400 block of Casey Lane in an incident that took place between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. June 5.

The man, who was wearing women’s lingerie, asked a woman if she would take a picture of him using his cell phone, police said. When she began to take the picture, the man exposed himself.

The man was described as in his 30s, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, thin build, short black hair, fair skin tone, last seen wearing pink bra, G-string and black shorts.

The incident was reported in the Rockville city police crime summary for June 11. Also included below are incidents from the June 4 summary.

Arrests

On May 30 at 11:39 p.m., a 33-year-old man was arrested for trespassing after an incident in the 200 block of North Washington Street.

On June 2 between 12:16 p.m. and 3 p.m., a 40-year-old man was arrested for trespassing after an incident in the 500 block of Hungerford Drive.

On June 3 between 6:52 a.m. and 7:45 a.m., a 21-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree assault, possession of CDS-heroin and possession of CDS-paraphernalia after an incident in the 800 block of Rockville Pike.

On June 6 between 12:48 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., a 47-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing and hindering a police investigation and intoxicated public disturbance after an incident that occurred in the 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue.

Incidents

600 block of Smallwood Road, the complainant reported that someone removed a chainsaw, string trimmer and a leaf blower from a driveway between noon and 3 p.m. May 20. This incident was not reported to the police until May 31.

1400 block of Research Boulevard, someone gained entry during the overnight hours between May 26 and 27 through an unlocked rear door at a building that is under renovation. Once inside, the person entered two suites and removed copper pipes and cable wires. This incident was not reported to the police until May 30.

300 block of Martins Lane, the complainant reported that two people removed a cell phone from an unattended backpack on May 29 between 6:57 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Police are searching for a 13- or 14-year-old boy, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, thin build and black hair, last seen wearing white sneakers, black backpack, gray shirt with a NIKE logo on the front, tan khaki shorts; and a 14- or 15-year-old boy, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, very thin build, short black hair, last seen wearing black backpack, black Nike sandals, black T-shirt and black shorts.

200 block of Twinbrook Parkway, the complainant reported that someone removed a backpack containing a wallet, gift cards, a driver’s license and a set of keys, from an unlocked vehicle on May 31 between 2:50 a.m. and 2:55 a.m.

800 block of Nelson Street, the complainant reported that someone removed a wallet containing cash, credit cards and a driver’s license from an unsecured purse in a classroom on June 1 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

100 block of East Montgomery Avenue, the complainant reported that someone removed an unattended wallet containing cash and an identification card from a counter on June 1 between 2:10 p.m. and 2:20 p.m.

5800 block of Fishers Lane, the complainant reported that someone removed a toolkit from a vehicle on June 1 between 2:50 p.m. and 4 p.m.

800 block of Rockville Pike, the complainant reported that someone removed cash from a vehicle on June 2 between 2 p.m. and 2:27 p.m.

700 block of Garden View Way, the complainant reported that someone removed four hubcaps from a vehicle between 6 p.m. June 3 and 9 a.m. June 4.

1000 block of Taft Street, the complainant reported that someone removed an unattended camera with lenses from a business between noon May 15 and noon June 1. This incident was not reported to the police until June 9.

1800 block of Research Boulevard, someone gained entry through an unlocked door at a vacant building between 6 p.m. June 5 and 7 a.m. June 6. Once inside the suspect entered an unlocked suite that was under renovation and removed copper piping and cable wiring.

700 block of Rockville Pike, the complainant reported that he was approached from behind by a man on June 5 between 9:30 p.m. and 9:39 p.m. The complainant who was facing his vehicle, was pushed up against it and instructed by the man not to move. The man removed the complainant’s wallet containing credit cards, cash and a set of keys. The suspect is described as 5 feet, 4 inches, 140 pounds, thin build,  last seen wearing a silver/aluminum watch, white sneakers, blue jeans and black T-shirt.

1000 block of Pleasant Circle, someone attempted to gain entry through a front door on June 6 between 2:46 p.m. and 4 p.m. No entry was made, nor was anything taken.

Unit block of Southlawn Court, the complainants reported that someone entered two vehicles and removed a wallet, a purse, cash, credit cards, identification cards and a pair of sunglasses, on June 6 between 8 p.m. and 9:40 p.m.

300 block of Bradley Avenue, the complainant reported that someone removed an unattended child trailer from a front yard on June 7 between noon and 2 p.m.

1000 block of Rockville Pike, the complainant reported that he was approached by two male teenagers June 8 between 7:25 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. One teen asked the complainant if he knew where they could buy drugs. One teen asked if they could call someone using the complainant’s cell phone. The complainant replied no both times. When the teens demanded the complainant’s property, he refused and was struck by one of the men. The complainant was able to flee and no property was obtained. Police are looking for someone about 16 years old, 5 feet 9 inches, brown eyes, black hair, last seen wearing blue shirt and blue jeans; and an 18-year-old, 5 feet 9 inches, brown eyes, black hair in a ponytail, last seen wearing white shirt, white sneakers, white socks and unknown color shorts.

2100 block of Veirs Mill Road, the complainant reported that a man entered the business on June 9 between 2:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. The man asked to see a package containing hair clippers, which was behind the counter. When the item was placed on the counter, the man picked it up and fled out the store without paying for it. The man is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, medium build, brown eyes, short brown hair, beard, medium brown skin tone, last seen wearing dark colored hat, white button down shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.

200 block of Rockville Pike, someone gained entry by breaking the front glass door to a business on June 11 between 8:55 a.m. and 9:05 a.m. Once inside, the unknown subject pried open a cash register and removed cash.
