Rockville Police Converse With Residents During Coffee with a Cop (VIDEO)

Coffee with a Cop is a national initiative launched by police officers in Hawthorne, California that allows local law enforcement to interact with the residents they serve each day.

Since its launch in 2011, police officers from across the county have hosted Coffee with a Cop programs as a way to bring the community and law enforcement together.
