Rock Spring Master Plan Underway (VIDEO)
The Montgomery County Planning Department kicked off the Rock Spring Master Plan earlier this summer. Taking a look at the North Bethesda area bordered by the I-270 spur, Westlake Drive and Democracy Boulevard this plan will specifically look at revitalizing a typical suburban office park.
