Flooding Closes Four Local Roads
Montgomery County officials have announced four road closures because of problems with flooding. The roads that are closed as of 8:15 a.m. on July 12 are:
–Inner Loop 495 exit ramp for River Road (Exit 39)
–Massachusetts Avenue in both directions at Goldsborough Road
–Clara Barton Parkway from the Cabin John Parkway to Chain Bridge
–Little Falls Parkway from River Road to Massachusetts Avenue.
You can report flooded roadways by calling 311 or 240.777.0311 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) or by visiting http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/311 at any time.
If it is an emergency, call 911.
