Road Closures in Downtown Rockville Friday for Political Demonstrations
Police are warning motorists that there will be road closures in downtown Rockville on Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in anticipation of planned political demonstrations both supporting and opposing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE).
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. the following closures will be in effect:
- Maryland Avenue will be closed from Fleet Street to East Jefferson Street
- Vinson Street will be closed in its entirety.
