
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Renovated Kentlands Mansion
The City of Gaithersburg will unveil the renovated outdoor space at Kentlands Mansion in a free ribbon-cutting ceremony open to the public Thursday, Jul 12 at 6 p.m. 
The Kentlands Gardens now have a water fountain, flowering trees and a flagstone walkway.
The ribbon-cutting event will feature live painting by Michelle Izquierdo, a Murder Mystery teaser by a Taste for Murder Productions, and complimentary refreshments by Stone Soup Catering.
The city will host “Garden Gathings” there in the coming months, including a “Yappy Hour” July 19, Family Game Night Aug 3, and an Upcycled Gardening Class Sept 17.
Kentlands Mansion may also be rented out for private events such as weddings and bar or bat mitzvahs.
