Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Black Hill Regional Park (VIDEO)

Local leaders helped cut the ribbon for the new Visitor Center at Black Hill Regional Park this past Saturday in Boyds.

In addition to the updated Visitor Center, you should check out the new children’s corner, Earth Bench – the first in Maryland- and the new water trail -the first in Montgomery County- on site.
