Rewarding Excellence (Video)

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett awarded 34 county employees with a bonus for their participation in the “Rewarding Excellence Bonus Incentive Award” program. This program encourages county employees to identify and implement cost savings opportunities in their day to day tasks. So far, five proposals have been adopted with a cost savings of $850,000 annually.
