Remembering Scotland Community Activist Bette Thompson (VIDEO)

You may remember that in 2014, Leggett and other county officials joined residents of the Scotland community in Potomac for a dedication ceremony at the newly renovated recreation center named in honor of Bette Thompson. See video, below:
