Real Estate Broker to Buyers During Strange Times: ‘Follow the Facts’
The onset of coronavirus won’t hold back the march of time. The height of the real estate market starts in April, around the same time another wave of the virus is projected to hit.
Real estate broker Andrew Detweiler understands the importance of keeping agents and their clients safe while shopping for houses. He is the founder and owner of Rockville Real Estate Exchange. Detweiler bought his own house during the housing bubble in 2006-2007. Now, despite the current crisis, he finds that the fundamentals of buying and selling real estate remain the same. Detweiler says that despite the pandemic, buyers should follow the facts and remember that real estate sales are still all about location, location, location.
