Quince Orchard Star Demeioun Robinson Commits to Maryland

Rising senior Demeioun Robinson, all-America outside linebacker/defensive end at Quince Orchard High School, announced that he has committed to play at the University of Maryland. The announcement came as a surprise in recruiting circles.

Robinson is a four-star player who has been compared as a pass rusher to former DeMatha and Ohio State star Chase Young. Robinson had offers from Clemson, Alabama, Penn State and other top programs but ultimately decided to stay close to home at Maryland and play for head coach Mike Locksley who is known as a stellar recruiter.

Quince Orchard lost to Northwest in the 2019 4A state semifinals.
