Montgomery County Police Detectives have charged Michael Pulliam, age 39, of the unit block of Janwall Court in Annapolis, and Jennifer Camardi, age 29, of an unconfirmed address, with a theft and credit card fraud that occurred in August.

On October 25, the Police Department issued a press release with video surveillance of these two suspects and asked for the public’s help in identifying them. Detectives received numerous anonymous tips via the Montgomery County Crime Solvers tip line that led to the identification of Pulliam and Camardi.

On November 13, detectives applied for and received an arrest warrant for Puliam. Later that day, Puliam was arrested in College Park and transported to the Central Processing Unit. Camardi was charged via a district court summons, police said. Both suspects were charged with numerous offenses to include conspiracy to commit theft, conspiracy to steal another’s credit card, and conspiracy to commit fraud via identity theft. Multiple search warrants were executed during this investigation, according to police. On. Nov. 19, police said Camardi returned the puppy purchased with the stolen credit card card to police detectives.
