Public Campaign Finance (VIDEO)

Last year, the Montgomery County Council and County Executive approved a bill that would provide partial public financing for local elections. The bill was designed to attract a broader pool of applicants, but as Susan Kenedy reports a lack of funding for the program has prompted a Council Committee to take action.
