During the morning County Council session on Jan. 28, Councilmember Roger Berliner will introduce a package of 13 measures addressing long-term protection of the environment and the use of clean energy.
All 13 measures have at least five Councilmembers as co-sponsors. Public hearings will be held on 11 of the measures on Feb. 11, and on the other two measures on Feb. 25
On. Jan. 27, Montgomery County Councilmember Roger Berliner was joined by representatives of national and local environmental groups and many of his colleagues to discuss a package of 13 measures addressing long-term protection of the environment and the use of clean energy that he is asking the Council to approve.
