Poolesville Elementary School Will Be Closed on Friday

Poolesville Elementary School students can sleep in all day on Friday, Feb. 20. That’s because classes have been canceled at the elementary school because of a broken water pipe.

Montgomery County Public Schools Spokesperson Dana Tofig said the school must close so crews can turn off the water and make the necessary repairs.

Poolesville Elementary School will be closed on Friday due to a maintenance issue. The remaining 201 @MCPS schools will open two hours late.
