Pooch Pool Party

Montgomery County’s Department of Recreation will host its annual Pooch Pool Party at the Wheaton-Glenmont Pool, 12621 Dalewood Drive, on Sept. 8-9 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The pool will be opened only for dogs to swim with other dogs for this event. Animal-oriented businesses and animal rescue groups will have information tables on-site for the benefit of owners.

Pre-registration is encouraged; however, on-site registration will be available. There is a $10 registration fee per dog. Owners must provide written proof of a current rabies vaccination and current dog license. Dog licenses may be purchased on-site.
