Political Fundraisers Around Montgomery County

Former District 39 Republican delegate Mass Mossburg is running for Maryland Senate. As a Frederick resident, Mossburg is seeking the District 3 seat now held by former Frederick Mayor Ron Young. Mossburg is holding a fundraiser and campaign kickoff starting at 6:30 p.m. July 7 at Fingerboard Country Inn, 10240 Fingerboard Road, Ijamsville. The event is free. Mossburg has not filled in the race, according to online State Board of Elections records.

Robert Drozd is kicking off his bid to be the Republican nominee in Maryland Senate District 14 at 6:30 p.m. July 13 at the Green Turtle Sports Bar & Grille 18101 Town Center Drive, Olney.
