Police Take Precautions to Stay Warm During Frigid Temperatures (VIDEO)

The first few days of the new year started on a cold start in Montgomery County and the frigid temperatures are supposed to continue throughout the weekend.

The National Weather Service expects a high of 16 degrees on Saturday and a low of just 3 degrees.

While some people may opt to stay in to avoid the cold this weekend, emergency service workers like firefighters and police officers may have to work outside, no matter the temperature.
