UPDATE: Police Say Missing Silver Spring Teen Found Safe, Unharmed

Update, Thursday 10:45 a.m.: Dulce Salazar has been located safe and unharmed, a Montgomery County police statement said.

Original Post: Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Silver Spring teenager.

Dulce Salazar, 15, was last seen leaving her home on foot at 3 a.m., according to police.

Salazar is described as a Hispanic female who is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.
